I'm going slightly off piste here by signposting this title, which I'm about to read, so can't promise anything.  I am reliably informed that this book provides a very interesting behind the scenes look at The Olympics, from the selection process, the shenanigans in the Olympic Village, to the finish line and the post-Olympic anti-climax some athletes experience.

It will provide something to read if you find you are spending more time than usual on your journey into and away from the office...
